Retreats for Women
Step away from the busyness of life and take time to foster peacefulness and well-being. Please see our events page for more information on our scheduled retreats.
Creating Life Balance
Often times, we don’t realize how much stress we carry or how it impacts our health and well-being. Discover the connection between what we think and feel, and what happens in our bodies. Then learn to respond rather than react to stressful situations with simple and fun mind-body practices for peace and vitality.
Making a Vision Board
In this hands-on workshop, create the visual image of your hopes and dreams using magazines, words, and other art mediums. Participate in this transformational process to bring your dreams to life! End the session by harmonizing your heart’s intentions to your subconscious mind with the LifeLine TechniqueTM.
3-hr class, materials provided. Just bring your vision!
Circle of Stones
Join our supportive, caring circle of women as we give voice to our intuitive, visionary and healing natures. Based on the work of Judith Duerk, explore “a woman’s journey to herself,” and remember our true spirits of wisdom and grace.
6-week gathering; resource material provided.
Reiki Certification – Levels I, II, III
This system of natural healing combines a philosophy of self care and care for others with gentle, compassionate touch. Anyone can learn this practice for healing, to enhance peacefulness, and to support the healing processes of others. Class times vary based on level; manual and certificate of completion provided.
Introduction to Meditation
Would you like to rediscover peace amid a stress-filled, busy life? Would you like to experience enhanced health and well-being? Have you told yourself that you “just can’t meditate?”
Then this is the class for you…
Learn this wonderful art of relaxation… quieting the mind and experiencing more calmness, awareness and compassion toward yourself and others.
Over the course of three weeks, you will learn….
- Different styles of meditation
- Simple and practical on-the-go techniques for relaxing in a moment
- What it feels like to quiet your thoughts and experience deep relaxation!
Stress Management Series
Learn how to recognize and reduce the damaging effects of stress and stress-related symptoms. This 4-week series addresses the following topics and includes tools and exercises for relieving stress and promoting well-being:
- Creating Life Balance
- The Eight Dimensions of Wellness
- Your Body’s Healing Nature
- The Five Essentials of Self-Care
