Creating Life Balance

Often times, we don’t realize how much stress we carry or how it impacts our health and well-being. Discover the connection between what we think and feel, and what happens in our bodies. Then learn to respond rather than react to stressful situations with simple mind-body practices for peace and vitality.

Making a Vision Board

Start the New Year with a VISION! In this hands-on workshop, create the visual image of your hopes and dreams using magazines, words, and other art mediums. We begin the session with a heart-centered meditation, have plenty of creative time, and then end the session by harmonizing to your heart’s intentions, consciously and subconsciously. Participate in this transformational process to bring your dreams to life!

3-hr class, materials provided. Just bring your vision!

Circle of Stones

Join our supportive, caring circle of women as we give voice to our intuitive, visionary and healing natures. Based on the work of Judith Duerk, explore “a woman’s journey to herself,” and remember our true spirits of wisdom and grace.

6-week gathering; resource material provided.

Reiki Certification – Levels I, II, III

This system of natural healing combines a philosophy of self care and care for others with gentle, compassionate touch. Anyone can learn this practice for healing, to enhance peacefulness, and to support the healing processes of others. Class times vary based on level; manual and certificate of completion provided.

Introduction to Meditation

Do you need more peace in your life? Are you feeling overwhelmed?” Have you told yourself you “just can’t meditate?” Then this class is for you!

Learn to breathe… quiet your mind, and experience calmness and compassion toward yourself and others. Try on different styles of meditation and come away with simple and practical techniques for returning to balance.

Most importantly? Remember what it feels like to deeply relax! Ahhhhh…

Plenty of practice time and written materials included.

Stress Management Series

Learn how to recognize and reduce the damaging effects of stress and stress-related symptoms.  This series includes the following topics and includes tools and exercises for relieving stress and promoting well-being:

  • Creating Life Balance
  • The Eight Dimensions of Wellness
  • Your Body’s Healing Nature
  • The Five Essentials of Self-Care
